De Costa & Co. is founded in 1995 by Dato’ Sheila Eleanor De Costa, who has practised as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya since 1984 — more than four decades across corporate work, conveyancing, family law, probate and trusts.

Her practice has included Shariah-compliant financing matters, government-related work for bodies including Felda, the Public Works Department (JKR) Sabah and Bank Negara Malaysia, legal aid cases, constitutions for societies and associations, offshore company formation, probate administration and trademark registration and everything else in between.

Dato’ Sheila’s primary goal is to ensure any legal matters brought to her can be resolved in the shortest possible time.
